Goomeri - annual overnighter - Ride Report.
Well!, that was a very nice weekend. No rain, 98% sunshine, wasn't cold, no hard luck and all happy smiling faces on their ways home.

The following attendee's mustered at the Long Yard Larder for breakfast and coffee:
Best Phil - ST2 - The Beast.
New Phil - V2 Streetfighter.
Lee - Pikes Peak.
Micheal - Diavel.
Paul - MultiStrada.
Ben - ST3
Stuart - V4 Streetfighter
Brett - MultiStrada
We left @Ducatisti time and followed the planned route as published on the REVER QDMC community page.
Everything went 97% to plan (Paul...what happens on the ride, stays on the ride...ehh...ehh). The route was great and everyone enjoyed the corners and mix of paved terrain the ride leads had sorted! That's the main reason we all turned up, plus the bikes, and the friends and the scenary and the break away......
All arrived at Goomeri with plenty of daylight and the pack got into the beverages with what locals were in the pub. The pub food has gone off. The locals said not all are supporting the pub and they eat at the Shell servo, as it is really good value and the food is home style cooking. We did dine at the pub, menu is very short and very basic. Though it did fill us up and we all lived till bakery o'clock. Accomodation at the pub and motel is per last time, just a little more used.

Brad - Multistrada. Joined us for dinner and camped at the showground to test out his camping kit, for an upcoming ride to the MotoGP and a ride-a-about Victoria. Brad reported all went well, though it needed to be colder to test it properly. Brad sort-a-promised to share his adventure to the QDMC FB group.

Day 2.
All assemblied earlier than planned at the bakery to sample the goodies, chat and look at our bikes some more!
No issues reported due to the pub food. We fuelled up early and then a few steeds drained a fare bit of fuel as it expanded in the rising sun. Smoke anyone?!
Most liked bike as voted by the attendees was Lee's Pikes Peak. Lee has a really cool AMX sticker to use...oh yeah plus $50 voucher to spend on bike stuff.
No Hard luck occured so no award handed out. Which is what we really want...it's cheaper all round...though less funny sometimes.
